Tracking Information

Please allow carriers additional transit time during holidays or severe weather conditions.


Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Toying Around & HobKnobin is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-related delivery issues

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist by providing tracking details whenever possible.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Undeliverable address
  • Failure to collect package

The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Refunds will not be issued for returned packages.
